About Me
Jenn Raj is an operations and supply chain leader with over a decade of experience building and running complex, cross-border businesses and operations.
From 2014 to 2022 she built Mering Global, a manufacturing agency, before it was acquired. She then founded Arvam, a production management agency, and began her career in management consulting at Accenture UK. She has delivered projects for everyone from startups to DTC brands and Fortune 500 companies, managing suppliers and supporting operations across Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Jenn works with businesses as a fractional operations and supply chain leader - embedding inside teams that need senior ops capability without a full-time hire. Having lived across China, the UK, and now Australia, Jenn brings a true multicultural perspective to every engagement. She is native in English and professionally fluent in Mandarin.
